The SPECTA 100 smart meter by SPECTRUM, powered by AMI, offers unique features including remote disconnect/reconnect and demand management. With real-time configurability, it supports GPRS 2G/3G/IOT/PLC/RF communication modules, adhering to IS 16444(Part 1) standards. This single-phase meter functions as post-payment, prepayment, or net meter based on configuration. Its pluggable WAN communication module allows flexibility in choosing communication technology. Consumers benefit from efficient energy budgeting through real-time balance and consumption information in monetary terms, enhancing convenience and economic management.

It has Class-1 Accuracy as per IS 16444 (Part-1)Standards along with DLMS inbuilt confirming IS 15959 (Part 2). It includes load survey and day survey as per standards.

Additionally, it boasts versatile WAN port compatibility and supports optional RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces.
The system offers sealing options with wire or plastic seals, managing current bypassing and reverse current. Advanced tamper detection, pre-programmed alarms, and various trigger options ensure effective meter self-checks and prompt responses. It includes self-diagnostic features and stores up to 200 events for monitoring.
